Photographs and creative work

My photographs, films, and original writing are protected by copyright. You are welcome to browse and share links to their pages. Please ask for written permission before reproducing, publishing, editing, selling, or using my work for commercial purposes. Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights. Logos and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

For image licensing or permission, contact me with the photograph and how you would like to use it.

Print inquiries and orders

“Buy this print” starts an email inquiry. It does not place an order, charge you, or reserve a print. We will work out the photograph, size, material, price, payment arrangements, shipping, and expected timing together.

Before payment, we will confirm the order details and any applicable cancellation, return, or damage-resolution terms in writing. No universal delivery time or refund policy is promised on this site. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in place.

How photographs appear

Colors and brightness vary across screens and print materials. Image proportions may affect available sizes and any agreed cropping. Website previews are for browsing; the production details for a print are confirmed individually.

Using the website

Please do not use the site or contact form to send spam, impersonate someone, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with its operation. Portfolio descriptions reflect my own work and experience, and do not imply endorsement by the organizations shown.

External services

This website links to and uses services such as Formspree, Cloudflare, and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. My privacy policy explains how information is handled here.

Availability and updates

I aim to keep the website accurate and working well, but content, availability, and print options can change. Nothing on this page limits obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. I may update these terms; the date above identifies the latest version. An already agreed order remains subject to its written agreement and applicable law.
